The Challenge: High Consumption and Demanding Aesthetics

The owners of this magnificent villa in Sotogrande required an energy solution capable of covering a high electrical demand (air conditioning, swimming pool, electric vehicle) without compromising the property's aesthetics. Architectural integration and component reliability were non-negotiable requirements.

Technical Solution Implemented

  • 52x AIKO N-Type ABC Panels (450W): All Back Contact technology. No front contacts, pure "Full Black" aesthetics, and the highest efficiency on the market.
  • Dual Huawei SUN2000-12KTL-MB0 Inverter: Three-phase cascade configuration to manage 23kWp with redundancy and maximum conversion efficiency (98.6%).
  • Drill-Free Structure: FIJ9 counterweighted system to avoid perforations in the flat roof, eliminating leakage risks.
  • Mundoclima 300L Aerothermia: Dedicated heat pump for Domestic Hot Water (DHW), powered directly by solar surpluses.
