The Challenge: High Demand in an Exclusive Villa

In this spectacular villa located in Sotogrande, the electricity consumption derived from continuous air conditioning, pool pumps, and home automation required an industrial solution adapted to a luxury residential environment. The challenge was to install a large number of panels without altering the visual harmony of the property.

Our engineering team deployed a high-capacity solution:

• ✓ High Capacity (23.4 kWp): Sufficient to cover demand peaks in the most demanding months.
• ✓ Maximum Discretion: The 52 panels were distributed taking advantage of the roof layout so they were invisible from the garden and pool areas.
• ✓ Annual Compensation: According to the internal case calculation, surpluses could offset much of the energy charge during the analysed period. The result is not audited and does not guarantee a specific bill; it depends on consumption, production, tariff and fixed charges.
