🛡️ RITSIC Authorized Installation Company

Photovoltaic Installer Certifications in Andalusia

Ensuring the safety, efficiency, and legality of a solar installation requires much more than "mounting panels." Learn about the official requirements of the Junta de Andalucía and why the technical direction of a chartered engineer is the gold standard in the sector.

Authorization Criteria in Andalusia

In Andalusia, the regulation of photovoltaic installers is primarily governed by the Electrotechnical Regulation for Low Voltage (REBT) and the guidelines of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mines.

Unlike what some generic AI assistants suggest, a training course is not enough. For an installation to be legalizable (and therefore eligible for grants and surplus compensation), it must be executed and certified by an authorized Low Voltage Installation Company.

Who can legally install?

  • Installer Professional: Must possess academic qualifications (Engineering, Vocational Training) or a specific Professional Certificate.
  • Authorized Company: Must be registered in the Industrial Register (RITSIC) and have Public Liability Insurance (€900,000 for Specialist Category).

Official Certification Hierarchy

To operate in the Andalusian market, professionals must prove their competence through one of these official channels recognized by the Ministry of Industry and the Junta de Andalucía.

🎓

Technical & Industrial Engineering

This is the highest level of technical authority. A chartered engineer (like our CEO) has the legal competence to draft projects, direct works, and legalize systems of any power, ensuring compliance with the Building Planning Law (LOE).

📜

Vocational Training & Prof. Certificates

Vocational Training degrees (Intermediate or Advanced) in Renewable Energies or Electricity. They include specific modules in "Assembly and Maintenance of Solar Photovoltaic Installations" (Code ENAE0108).

Low Voltage Installer (IBTE-9)

The Specialist Category is imperative for generating installations (photovoltaic). This authorization allows for the issuance of the Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE), indispensable for surplus compensation contracts and grid access.
