The Junta de Andalucía recently launched two of the biggest strategic pillars for the green transition: the INEA and INCEA plans, replacing the old Next Generation and Eco Vivienda funds.

1. INEA Program (Households & SMEs)

The Incentives for the Efficient Use of Energy in Andalusia (INEA) targets the modernization of homes and small/medium non-industrial enterprises.

• ✓ Scope: Finances solar installations and integrates clear housing architectural improvements.
• ✓ Key Requirement: The inclusion of physical battery storage is now a determining and mandatory factor in many scenarios under this scheme to access maximum funds.

2. INCEA Program (Industry & Mining)

The Integrated Incentives for Competitiveness and Energy (INCEA) accelerates the decarbonisation of heavy industry and factories.

• ✓ Budget: 250 million euros. Highly demanded.
• ✓ Scope: Renewables on industrial lands and warehouse roofs, promoting operational cost competitiveness.
