The Challenge

The client, owner of a single-family home in Marbella with high electrical consumption (36,920 kWh/year) due to air conditioning and solar water heater, sought to drastically reduce grid dependence without compromising the home's aesthetics. A key requirement was to prepare the installation for future physical battery integration.

The Solution

We designed a 20.0 kWp installation strategically distributed to avoid shadows and respect the architecture:

  • Premium Aesthetics: Trina Solar Vertex S Full Black modules that visually integrate into the roof.
  • Zero Perforations: Ballasted structure using Landblock supports from Landatu Solar. These ultralight plastic supports are filled with gravel, ensuring maximum resistance and total waterproofing.
  • Hybrid Technology: Huawei SUN2000 "Battery Ready" inverter, allowing storage addition later without changing equipment.

Verifiable Results

The installation produces over 30,000 kWh annually, covering the vast majority of daytime demand and compensating for surplus fed into the grid. The environmental impact equals planting 581 trees every year.
